Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Inspector to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role demands hands-on inspection and quality monitoring of electrical works in construction projects to ensure strict adherence to specifications, codes, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to Inspection Requests submitted by contractors, executing necessary actions in a timely manner.
• Evaluate submitted shop drawings against contract documents, local regulations, and international best practices.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or non-compliant contractor work to stakeholders for corrective measures.
• Continuously monitor site quality and safety aspects, focusing on health, safety, and environmental compliance following contractual and QCS standards.
• Document daily site activities including progress photographs, maintaining organized records accessible for inspections.
• Compile surveillance and non-conformance reports detailing deficiencies and issues observed at the site.
• Ensure efficient coordination between electrical works and other disciplines to avoid conflicts and delays.
• Provide technical expertise and practical solutions for any electrical discipline-related site issues that arise.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant electrical engineering experience, preferably in building projects within Abu Dhabi.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
