Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Oversee all project phases including initial set-up, design coordination, and managerial meetings.
• Plan and control project schedules, budgets, staffing, work plans, and coordination with team members and subcontractors.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, solving issues systematically.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to encourage interdisciplinary design and meet project objectives.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance and control standards across all technical domains.
• Manage financial aspects by monitoring work progress, fees, billing, and collections, aiming for budget compliance and profitability.
• Communicate clearly project goals and expectations to stakeholders and clients.
• Lead project team performance to maintain high standards in design and documentation.
• Coordinate efforts with other KEO divisions and external consultants involved in the projects.
• Develop and nurture positive client relationships for potential repeat business.
• Confirm and meet all project terms of reference.
• Provide leadership by setting clear objectives and maintaining proactive communication about contract scope and timelines.
• Deliver timely updates and reports to design leadership about project status and financial health.
• Prepare forward-looking reports for senior management and technical directors.
• Ensure projects comply with ISO 9001 quality management standards at all stages.
• Advise leadership on resource requirements and alert them to any team performance issues.
• Contribute feedback on staff performance to technical leaders.
• Assist with securing new projects by supporting proposal preparations and client presentations.
• Perform additional duties as requested.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large-scale, mixed-use projects from conception through to post-occupancy.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering is required; advanced degrees such as Master’s or PhD are advantageous.
• Certification as APM or PMP is a plus.
• Professional licensure as an Architect or Engineer recognized by a major international body.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with 2D/3D design tools such as Revit and AutoCAD is beneficial.
