We are currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator in a blue-collar capacity. This role involves operating simple lines, machines, or palletizers focused on manufacturing medical device products according to fixed specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). As an integral part of the shift team, the Operator ensures optimal machine performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate within EOGL Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Efficiently manage process and equipment operations, maintaining standards that ensure the process remains controlled.
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot ancillary or support machinery such as printers associated with primary machines.
• Conduct tool changeovers for machines, except for those requiring expert technical skills.
• Confirm availability of materials and resources necessary for smooth machine operation.
• Maintain product quality by regularly verifying compliance with specifications and rejecting/blocking products as needed.
• Complete all pertinent operational documentation, including Batch Manufacturing Records, inspection reports, loss data, process and machine failure registers, or others as specified by the organization.
• Take accountability for reworking quarantined materials during own shift and ensure their clearance.
• Handle and resolve process failures with appropriate support.
• Provide constructive feedback on shift constraints and participate in investigations concerning CAPA, complaints, or deviations within assigned areas.
• Adhere to stringent Good Hygiene Practice (GHP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
• Maintain effective communication with preceding and succeeding shifts and relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum education of High School plus ITI or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• A minimum of three years’ experience operating machines within a manufacturing setup.
• Strong internal written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving aptitude.
• Willingness to work shifts as required.
