Production Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) guidelines, including promptly reporting near misses, hazards, and incidents.
• Comply with quality assurance procedures and reporting to maintain required operational standards.
• Engage in continuous improvement by attending meetings, training sessions, cross-training, and relevant projects.
• Support inventory accuracy by following established processes and controls.
• Conduct daily production operations efficiently to meet defined cycle times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors or managers regarding safety, quality, or production concerns.
• Participate in the company's Due Diligence framework, completing compliance training and audits as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure zero compliance violations.
• Embody Aristocrat's core values and demonstrate expected behaviors consistently.
• Carry out assembly tasks according to documented processes and procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Formal qualifications in manufacturing or a related discipline are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience in manufacturing and inventory management is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 is favored.
• Strong communication capabilities and effective time management skills.
• Prior frontline leadership experience is considered beneficial.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move loads up to 20 kg over short distances, with or without mechanical assistance, and frequently handle items of approximately 10 kg.
• Compliance with usage of personal protective equipment, including steel-toe footwear provided by the company.
• Capability to work in varying temperature conditions, whether hot or cold.
• Skill in maneuvering and positioning Electronic Gaming Machine cabinets through pushing or pulling actions.
• Endurance to stand and walk continuously throughout shifts.
