About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and concentrated Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this position, your key responsibility will be to accurately input, update, and preserve digital records daily. The role aligns with our US operations and requires working during the night shift in IST. This opportunity is ideal for a committed individual seeking a stable job with a five-day workweek and fixed weekends off.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely enter, update, and maintain extensive data sets in company databases and software daily.
- Conduct quality assurance by verifying data for errors or missing information and correcting discrepancies before final submission.
- Achieve daily data entry targets and deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality by handling sensitive data discretely and adhering strictly to data security guidelines.
- Produce daily or weekly reports on completed tasks and notify supervisors of any system or software issues.
- Systematically organize and back up files for efficient digital record maintenance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Willingness and reliability to work the US night shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST).
- Demonstrated experience in data entry with fast and precise typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail to identify grammatical, numerical, or formatting mistakes.
- Basic to intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and adaptability to learn new data entry software.
- Basic English proficiency to interpret source documents and communicate with team leads.
- Preferred educational background of high school diploma, 10+2, or equivalent.
Additional Information
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST.
- Location: Sargasan, Gandhinagar; preference for local candidates.
- Weekends: Saturdays and Sundays off.
