Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to contribute across two core business areas: Sportsbook Core and Trust & Compliance. These domains operate independently with distinct goals, timelines, and stakeholder groups. This role demands versatility and the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Business Operations, Marketing, and Data to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Maintain deep product obsession, focusing not only on aesthetics but also functionality and user impact.
• Manage multiple roadmaps and priorities effectively, taking initiative without waiting for instructions.
• Create actionable design strategies that enhance user engagement, clarity, and conversion rates.
• Apply system thinking to contribute to or develop scalable product standards.
• Embrace experimental approaches to design and iterate based on insights and user feedback.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to diverse stakeholders including engineers, legal teams, and commercial partners.

• Experience balancing multiple projects or domains concurrently and deciding priorities.
• Strong communication skills allowing explanation of design rationale to varied audiences.
• Continuous improvement mindset with recent adoption of AI tools in design practice.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior designers.
• Familiarity with large-scale design systems.
• Strategic perspective aligning user needs with business objectives.
