About the Role
Join Aristocrat as a Senior Lead Animator, where your creativity and expertise will contribute to creating engaging animations and promotional videos that captivate audiences worldwide. You will work in a supportive and inclusive environment, significantly influencing animation quality and production throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the creation of top-tier animations and promotional content through all production phases.
- Maintain uniformity and excellence in animation standards across multiple projects.
- Interpret briefs and feedback efficiently to conceptualize and produce high-quality animations.
- Handle assigned animation tasks and help in the development and upkeep of creative content, responding to directives remotely.
- Add value to the entire creative workflow from initial concept to final post-production.
- Collaborate closely with senior creative leadership, including the Chief Concept Creator and Art Director, to deliver innovative animation works for gaming products.
- Innovate with new animation concepts aligned with project briefs and continuously seek to improve outputs.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least five years of experience working commercially with art and animation tools in a professional setting.
- Expertise in 2D and 3D animation principles and techniques.
- Proficient in advanced animation software packages and plugins, including Adobe After Effects, Maxon Red Giant Trapcode, Esoteric Spine, Autodesk 3DS Max, and Maya.
- Fluent English communication skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and reliable team player passionate about producing excellent artwork.
- Demonstrates flexibility in task management and upholds integrity and organizational standards.
