Dwello Property Ltd, a growing property management company based in Glasgow and surrounding areas, manages a substantial residential portfolio and is seeking a seasoned Multi-Trade Maintenance Operative for a permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of repairs and maintenance duties across residential properties.
• Handle both reactive and scheduled maintenance tasks on a daily basis.
• Prepare and maintain properties in between tenancies to ensure readiness.
• Visit properties autonomously to evaluate necessary work and maintenance requirements.
• Identify and resolve maintenance problems with precision and quality repairs.
• Independently manage and prioritize workload without direct supervision.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with tenants and the property management team.
• Ensure that all work performed meets stringent safety and quality standards.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range between £38,000 and £40,000.
