We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior or Associate Building Surveyor with MRICS accreditation to join a prominent building surveying firm in Glasgow. This role involves delivering expert building surveying services in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, engaging with both private clients and professional responsibilities.

Key Duties

• Providing expert and technical guidance to clients from private and public sectors.
• Overseeing and coordinating building surveys, dilapidations, party wall issues, and project management activities.
• Building and nurturing client relationships while uncovering new business opportunities.
• Conducting site inspections and preparing detailed technical reports.
• Actively contributing to business growth through client meetings, networking, and social engagements.
• Mentoring junior staff and assisting in the development of the surveying team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of the MRICS qualification with demonstrable building surveying experience.
