A growing medium-sized contracting firm based in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their expanding team. This is a permanent position hosted in modern office facilities within the city. The company focuses on high-profile refurbishment projects generally valued between £0.5 million and £5 million. Backed by a seasoned senior management team with long-standing experience, the role offers a supportive and dynamic workplace environment.
Responsibilities
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate contract estimates, working independently with a critical eye for detail. You will report directly to the Commercial Director, playing a crucial role in the commercial department to support project bids and procurement strategies.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have prior experience specifically as a Contracting Estimator. Strong attention to detail and the capability to operate autonomously are imperative to succeed in this position.
