Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with vendors, clients, and related parties.
- Ensure that contracts meet project specifications and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Negotiate contract modifications and resolve any discrepancies.
- Track contract deadlines, deliverables, and obligations consistently.
- Maintain detailed records of contract changes, renewals, and payment schedules.
- Facilitate timely execution of contracts, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
- Identify and manage risks associated with contracts effectively.
- Handle legal and regulatory compliance related to contracts.
- Address contract disputes and implement corrective measures promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align contract terms with company goals.
- Engage external legal experts for complex contractual matters.
- Provide updates to senior leadership regarding contract risks and performance indicators.
- Supervise contract adherence to agreed-upon terms during execution.
- Guarantee that contractual commitments are met by all involved parties.
- Conduct regular contract performance audits and reviews.
- Ensure full and accurate completion of contractual obligations.
- Archive contracts systematically for audits and future reference.
- Manage procurement planning, including BOQ analysis.
- Oversee vendor relationships and lead negotiation efforts.
- Manage purchase orders by issuing RFQs, RFPs, and POs as required.
- Coordinate logistics and delivery processes.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance standards are upheld.
- Monitor procurement expenses and compare costs against budget forecasts.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Civil Engineering.
