Overview
Join Rahee Infratech, a highly experienced Indian railroad company established in 1948, specializing in construction related to rail tracks and bridges. We focus on various services including track installations, bridge construction, turnout and fastening systems, and rail welding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and meet established objectives.
- Track daily progress and proactively solve any obstacles impeding project advancement.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth execution; review and authorize project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Efficiently allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize resource use and avoid budget overruns.
- Recognize resource shortages and organize additional supplies as needed.
- Implement stringent quality control protocols and routinely perform quality audits.
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals.
- Manage budgets rigorously to maintain cost control and prevent overspending.
- Promote financial planning that aligns with company goals and reduces unnecessary expenses.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project duration, maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Keep all stakeholders informed of project status, challenges, and risks through clear communication.
- Engage effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, and government agencies to facilitate uninterrupted project progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations, supporting safety teams with implementation and active participation in safety activities including inspections, walks, meetings, programs, and drills.
- Allocate funds for promotional activities, safety-related national celebrations, and other related expenses.
- Maintain all project documentation, progress reports, and provide timely updates to senior management.
- Oversee contract management with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring punctual procurement and payments as well as resolving disputes.
- Lead and mentor project teams, organizing training sessions for skill development and evaluating team performance to provide necessary guidance and support.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Civil Engineering, or a diploma in Civil Engineering.
