MEP BIM Coordinator

Role Overview

This position is for a Senior MEP BIM Coordinator to be based in Qatar, demanding a professional with over seven years of experience leading MEP BIM efforts. The role necessitates working onsite along with relocation to Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM coordination for MEP disciplines including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.
• Ensure delivery of clash-free and constructible BIM models through meticulous coordination.
• Collaborate closely with design consultants, contractors, and onsite teams to facilitate project progress.
• Identify and resolve model clashes to achieve final model approval.

Technical Expertise

• Possess advanced skills in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD MEP, and BIM 360/ACC.
• Demonstrated experience in managing BIM coordination on expansive projects within the GCC region.
• Thorough knowledge of local codes, standards, and client requirements is essential.

Education Requirement and Location

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, such as BE or B.Tech, is compulsory.
• The role is strictly onsite based in Qatar, with relocation mandated.
