Job description
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D digital models for architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
- Work collaboratively with architects and engineers to ensure model precision, compliance with established standards, and assist in producing reports and construction drawings.
- Demonstrate curiosity and eagerness to learn new techniques and concepts in the field.
- Handle tasks such as model creation, clash detection, data exchange, and quality assurance to support project accuracy.
- Generate and manage GFCS and perform rendering of models to facilitate effective project execution and support decision-making processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.Tech or B.E. degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Civil BIM Modeler.
- Familiarity with industrial projects such as FMCG facilities, warehouses, manufacturing units; commercial projects including IT offices, hospitals, malls; and residential projects such as high-rise buildings.
- Strong expertise in using Revit software, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
