Role Overview – Mechanical Assembler

This onsite position, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, involves assembling a diverse range of high-quality products for sectors such as marine, defense, renewable energy, and medical technology. Employees are trusted to manage their daily work autonomously while collaborating with their team and other departments in a safe and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble various products that require precision and craftsmanship across multiple industries including renewable energy and defense.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to reality.
• Maintain accountability and independently organize daily tasks ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Applicants may come from a technical background with formal education or equivalent hands-on mechanical experience. Mechanical affinity and eagerness to work with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments are important.

The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, continuous learning, and has strong attention to detail. Mechanical tinkering hobbies, such as repairing bikes or assembling small devices, are beneficial.
