Role Overview

We are inviting applications for a Lifeguard position at Places Leisure in Wokingham, England. This role involves working in an energetic and supportive environment alongside passionate colleagues. You will play an important part in ensuring a safe environment while motivating others to perform at their best.

Qualifications and Development

Although having a National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is preferred, it is not mandatory if you are safety-minded and a skilled swimmer. We offer continuous training to help you obtain this qualification along with other growth prospects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patrons and fellow lifeguards using pool and swimming facilities.
• Ensure all users’ health and safety while monitoring building operations responsibly.
• Maintain a strong focus on detail to guarantee customer safety throughout facility use.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a professional and friendly approach, aiming to exceed expectations.
• Uphold outstanding cleanliness standards as needed.
