Role Overview

As an Evening Supervisor at Centra located in Bandon, County Cork, you will lead and inspire your team to ensure smooth and effective store operations while delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with day management and supervisors regarding layout changes and ensure their proper implementation.
• Maintain high standards in product rotation, merchandising, and presentation for other team members to follow.
• Support the onboarding, training, and growth of new and existing employees.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, promptly, and according to store policies.
• Actively participate in new initiatives and willingly adopt new operational methods.

Candidate Profile

• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with multitasking under pressure.
• Competent in organizing tasks, delegating duties, and supporting team members.
