Role Overview
The Grocery Replenishment Clerk is tasked with executing all assigned duties professionally, accurately, and promptly. Providing outstanding customer service, supporting customer loyalty, meeting customer demands, and fostering a collaborative and engaging environment for both employees and customers are key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Comply with all food safety protocols, standard operating procedures, health and safety regulations, corporate policies, and other company initiatives.
- Order, receive, and stock merchandise following company inventory control guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer service to fulfill customer needs.
- Boost store sales by actively promoting featured products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of back shop and retail floor areas in line with company standards.
- Prepare customer orders when required.
- Manage department shrink processes as needed.
- Assist in training junior team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
- Capable of independently working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Physically able to lift items up to 20 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and reaching.
