Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and standards in every situation.
• Welcome customers warmly and professionally, providing courteous interactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with company programs and expectations.
• Prepare and cut a variety of meat products using knives and saws for display.
• Stock shelves with diverse meat products efficiently and neatly.
• Maintain and arrange merchandise displays in compliance with company standards.
• Operate commercial power equipment safely and effectively.
• Manage order writing tasks accurately.
• Receive inventory, rotate stock to ensure freshness.
• Fill product display cases regularly.
• Clean and sanitize all work areas to maintain hygiene standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in retail meat cutting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with various meat cuts is an advantage; comprehensive company-specific training will be provided.
• Ability to quickly learn new skills and processes.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly driven and works well within a team setting.
