Key Responsibilities
- Comply with all food safety protocols, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Order, receive, and display stock according to inventory control procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to fulfill customer needs and promote loyalty.
- Drive sales by actively endorsing featured products.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in both back shop and retail floor areas as per company standards.
- Prepare customer orders when required.
- Handle department shrink processing as needed.
- Assist in training junior team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Physical capability to lift up to 20 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks involving bending, lifting, and reaching.
