In Store Bakery Clerk

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strict compliance with Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety guidelines, corporate policies, and other organizational initiatives
• Deliver attentive and friendly customer service tailored to customer requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Manage customer bakery orders efficiently
• Execute merchandising and program initiatives for bakery products
• Handle bakery product preparation and management
• Actively promote products to enhance store sales
• Support training efforts for new or junior bakery staff
• Handle stock ordering and receiving adhering to inventory control policies as needed
• Process department shrink properly
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment per company standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned
