Key Responsibilities
- Comply with Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, corporate policies, and other initiatives.
- Deliver excellent customer service that meets individual needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
- Process customer orders for bakery products accurately.
- Execute merchandising plans and promotions for bakery items.
- Prepare and handle bakery goods professionally.
- Drive sales growth by actively promoting bakery products.
- Assist in training junior team members.
- Order and receive stock according to inventory control guidelines.
- Manage department shrink and loss prevention.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment following company standards.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
