- Base salary starting at €3,640 gross per month for full-time employment
Key Responsibilities
- Lead your store team with support from the deputy store manager
- Oversee store appearance including ordering processes, implementing presentation guidelines, and managing daily operations
- Manage personnel by creating work schedules and encouraging employee development
- Recruit team members to build your store staff
- Collaborate with regional management to discuss results and develop the store
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail leadership role
- Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills to motivate and develop your team through feedback
- Availability for 40 hours per week over five days, regularly including weekends and evenings
- Willingness to participate in an eight-week onboarding at one of our trainer stores in Germany
