Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist in running a single store by managing hiring processes, overseeing associates, and guiding operations to meet financial targets while delivering superior customer service. Success in the role is fostered through a comprehensive leadership training program lasting at least three weeks.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma mandatory
• Must have flexibility to relocate within a 50-mile radius of the current residence
• Availability to work diverse shifts including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements
• Food safety certification (Serve Safe) required

Physical and Environmental Conditions

This role requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, frequently reaching across counters, lifting up to 50 pounds, handling kitchen tools such as Chinese cook knives, and working in noisy, hot environments with limited storage and close quarters. Effective communication skills and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting are essential, along with the ability to resolve conflicts professionally.
