Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Oversee store appearance, including ordering processes, adherence to presentation standards, and daily operational tasks
• Hold personnel responsibility by creating schedules and fostering employee development
• Recruit and build your store team
• Communicate regularly with regional management to discuss results and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense of responsibility
• Effective communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week across five days, including regular weekends and evening shifts
• Willingness to complete an eight-week onboarding in one of our trainer stores across Germany
