About the Role

This is a full-time role with 40 hours per week where you helm your store's operations and team development, contributing actively to the company's continued success with a dynamic range of products introduced weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading your store team, supported by a deputy management role.
• Owning the store's appearance, overseeing ordering processes, adhering to presentation guidelines, and managing daily operational tasks.
• Managing personnel responsibilities including scheduling and fostering team member growth.
• Recruiting efforts to build and maintain your store team.
• Engaging in regular communication with regional leadership to review results and plan store development.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Completed professional training, ideally with prior experience in a similar retail management role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong accountability.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and support team development through feedback.
• Commitment to working 40 hours weekly, five days per week, with regular weekend and evening hours.
• Willingness to complete an extensive eight-week onboarding in one of the company's trainer stores in Germany.
