Primary Responsibilities

• Lead your store team, supported by the deputy store manager
• Manage store appearance including ordering, implementing presentation standards, and handling daily operational duties
• Oversee personnel matters such as schedule creation and employee development
• Recruit to build and maintain a motivated store team
• Collaborate with regional management to review store results and development plans

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, with preference for experience in a similar retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong responsibility
• Effective communication skills to inspire and grow your team through continuous feedback
• Availability for 40 hours per week, typically over 5 days, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Commitment to an eight-week onboarding period in one of our trainer stores in Germany
