Primary Responsibilities

• Lead your branch team with support from the deputy manager
• Oversee store appearance, manage ordering processes, enforce presentation standards, and handle daily operational tasks
• Manage personnel responsibilities including creating staff schedules and supporting employee development
• Recruit to build your store team
• Maintain regular communication with regional management regarding results and branch development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; ideally experience in a comparable retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through feedback
• Availability for 40 hours weekly over 5 days, including regular weekends and evenings
• Commitment to an eight-week onboarding at one of our trainer stores in Germany
