Main Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your branch team with support from the deputy branch manager
• Oversee the branch appearance, ordering processes, adherence to presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Hold personnel responsibility, including scheduling and fostering employee development
• Recruit and build your branch team
• Coordinate and communicate with regional management regarding performance and branch growth

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completed vocational training; ideally with previous experience in a similar retail management role
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset coupled with high responsibility and accountability
• Effective communication skills to motivate your team and provide constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, five days per week, including regular weekends and evening shifts
• Commitment to participate in an eight-week onboarding training in one of our trainer stores across Germany
