• Base salary starting at €3,640 gross per month for full-time employment

Key Responsibilities

• Leading your store team, supported by the deputy store manager
• Managing store appearance, ordering processes, ensuring compliance with presentation standards, and handling daily operational tasks
• Assuming personnel responsibility, including creating work schedules and fostering employee development
• Recruiting and building your store team
• Regular communication with regional management, discussing results and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; ideally with experience in a comparable retail leadership position
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills to motivate and coach your team with constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, five days a week, including regular evenings and weekends
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week induction in one of our trainer stores in Germany
