Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team with support from the deputy branch manager
• Oversee store appearance including order processes, implementation of merchandising guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Take charge of personnel matters including scheduling and fostering employee development
• Recruit and build your store team
• Maintain regular communication with regional management to discuss results and store growth

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
• Availability for 40 hours weekly, 5 days per week, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week training period at one of our trainer stores in Germany
