Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Oversee store appearance, manage ordering processes, implement presentation guidelines, and handle daily operational tasks
• Manage personnel responsibilities including creating work schedules and fostering employee development
• Recruit and build your store team
• Communicate with regional management to discuss results and store development

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail position
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate the team and provide constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week over 5 days, including regular weekends and evenings
• Willingness to undergo an 8-week onboarding program at one of our trainer stores in Germany
• Identification with Action’s core values: teamwork, discipline, cost awareness, simplicity, respect, and customer focus
