Marktleiter (m/w/d)

Position Overview

As a Marktleiter (m/w/d) at Netto Marken-Discount, you will be responsible for overseeing all market operations including planning activities, merchandise management, as well as managing sales, expenses, and inventories. You will also lead and motivate the store team effectively.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate all processes within the store to ensure smooth operation
• Manage merchandise ordering and stock allocation
• Take accountability for sales results, cost control, and inventory accuracy
• Lead and supervise store personnel

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training in retail food trade
• Preferably possess initial experience in a similar management role
• Strong commitment and willingness to take initiative
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to lead and enforce decisions
