Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team with support from the deputy store manager.
• Oversee store appearance, including order management, adherence to presentation standards, and daily operational tasks.
• Take charge of personnel management by creating work schedules and encouraging employee development.
• Recruit new members to build and expand your store team.
• Coordinate with regional management to discuss performance results and store development.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training; preferably previous experience in a similar retail management position.
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week over 5 days, including regular weekends and evening shifts.
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week onboarding program within one of the company's German training stores.
