About the Role
Join one of the fastest-growing retail companies in Europe as a Filialleiter (store manager), working 40 hours per week in Hachenburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. - Base salary starting at 3640 euros gross per month for full-time work
Key Responsibilities
- Lead your branch team with the support of the deputy store manager
- Oversee the store’s appearance, manage order processes, ensure compliance with presentation guidelines, and handle daily operational tasks
- Manage personnel responsibilities including creating work schedules and fostering employee development
- Recruit new team members to expand your branch
- Communicate regularly with regional management to discuss performance results and store development
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training, preferably with prior experience in a similar retail management role
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of responsibility
- Effective communication skills to motivate your team and support their growth through feedback
- Available for 40 hours per week, five days a week, including regular weekend and evening shifts
- Willingness to undergo an eight-week onboarding in one of our trainer stores within Germany
