Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Manage store appearance including ordering, adherence to presentation guidelines, and daily operational duties
• Handle personnel management including scheduling and fostering employee development
• Recruit new team members to build your store team
• Coordinate regularly with regional management to discuss results and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; experience in a similar retail management position preferred
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and high sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and coach your team through feedback
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek, five days per week, including regular weekends and evenings
• Willingness to complete an eight-week onboarding in one of the company’s trainer stores in Germany
