Position Overview

We are looking for a Domestic Assistant to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting setting that promotes dignity, comfort, and wellbeing for residents. This practical role demands careful attention to hygiene and presentation, directly influencing the daily lives of those cared for.

Key Duties

• Thorough cleaning of residents' rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance.
• Support laundry operations by managing personal belongings carefully and ensuring their correct return.
• Collaborate with the broader team to adhere to infection control, health and safety, and cleaning protocols, completing tasks securely and following established standards.

• Strong attention to detail with dedication to cleanliness.
• Capability to function independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Beneficial to have knowledge of hygiene and infection prevention.
• Prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information

• Hourly pay rate of £12.71.
• Available on a full-time or part-time basis with flexible shift timings.
• Benefits include paid PVG membership, pension scheme, provided uniform, and 5.6 weeks annual leave for full-time employees.
