Project Overview
The role supports the Ar Rjum Project, a greenfield gold mining site with three open-pit mines, processing and tailings facilities, offices, accommodation villages, and associated infrastructure, located in the Central Arabian Gold Region in Saudi Arabia.
Job Summary
The role entails supporting Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS) to administer, distribute, archive, and retrieve project records following organizational standards. Responsibilities include assisting end users, resolving document management system issues, conducting quality checks, and aiding project closeout activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a member of the document management support team handling ECMS platforms like Aconex and InfoWorks, plus archival systems such as DocFinity.
- Assist in defining integration requirements and devise support plans accordingly.
- Utilize ECMS and SaaS tools to register, control, distribute, transmit, and archive project records accurately.
- Provide user support by troubleshooting and resolving system access and functionality issues including SSO authentication problems.
- Manage API interactions including token generation and refresh, and update SQL databases as needed.
- Oversee service account management in CyberArk and utilize tools like Microsoft PowerBI, Excel, and Access.
- Monitor and ensure resolution of support tickets and incidents on time.
- Contribute to system migration, upgrades, validations, records retention, and turnover planning.
- Deliver user training on document management processes and tools.
- Engage with vendors and suppliers where necessary.
- Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent with 2 to 5 years relevant experience, or 6 to 9 years without degree.
- Experience in document/records management within construction or engineering sectors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word) with possible skills assessments.
- Hands-on experience with Aconex, including document workflows and transmittals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Six years minimum of document management on large-scale projects.
- Extensive experience managing documents and workflows using Aconex.
Additional Information
Relocation to the camp at Dhalm is authorized. The position is full-time, onsite. Flexibility including overtime on short notice is required.
