Desktop Engineer

Overview

We are looking for experienced IT and office equipment maintenance experts responsible for the annual servicing of desktops, laptops, printers, photocopiers, UPS units, and multimedia devices from various brands such as HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Canon, and Brother.

Key Duties

• Conduct scheduled preventive and necessary corrective maintenance on IT hardware and office machinery.
• Diagnose and fix issues across desktops, laptops, printers, photocopiers, UPS, CCTV, and public address systems.
• Keep detailed service logs, Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) records, and inventory files up to date.
• Provide assistance in managing network and server infrastructure including LAN/WAN networks, CCTV monitoring, and multimedia setups.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and IT operational protocols.
• Ensure prompt and effective service delivery to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with supervisors and colleagues to guarantee the efficient running of AMC-related tasks.
