Role Overview

This position involves supporting applications in production environments primarily based in Bangalore or Hyderabad, requiring 6 to 7 years of relevant experience. The role is a hybrid of platform support, database management, and system monitoring duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and changes effectively ensuring minimal disruption to production applications.
• Provide Application Production Support by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Linux/Unix environments and Oracle databases.
• Maintain and monitor application health through tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and AppDynamics.
• Engage in problem solving and collaborate with various stakeholders to address and prevent application issues.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix systems and Oracle database (SQL) application support.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools including Splunk, Grafana, and Application Dynamics.
• Expertise in incident and change management processes.
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and drive resolution processes.
• Desirable experience with cloud platforms, toil reduction strategies, and AI technologies.

Eligibility

Candidates must hold at least a graduate degree and possess 6 to 7 years of experience in similar roles.
