Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Drive performance by focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and foster the development of the store team.
  • Ensure the shop floor is attractively presented, maintaining high standards.
  • Oversee stock management, guaranteeing adequate inventory levels at all times.
  • Consistently provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Completed Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least two years of management experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Possession of a full driving licence.
  • Energetic and dedicated approach towards working in an environment with varied tasks, target achievement, and strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
  • While prior experience as an Assistant Store Manager is advantageous, it is not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates the right attitude.
