Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations.
• Drive store performance through focused achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead, inspire, and nurture the store team to maximize their potential.
• Maintain outstanding shop floor presentation standards.
• Ensure inventory levels are consistently sufficient to meet demand.
• Deliver top-tier customer service reliably.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• At least two years of management experience within a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a full driving license.
• Strong enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, target-driven retail setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying shift schedules.
• While not mandatory, prior experience as an Assistant Store Manager is advantageous, provided you demonstrate the right mindset.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary starting at €51,000, with an increase to €60,000 after three years.
