Warehouse Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager with over seven years of expertise in warehouse or supply chain operations primarily within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. This role requires a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, quality management, and technical proficiency in ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise

• Ensure compliance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Serve as the authorized facility representative for Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Manage inventory control, including rigorous audits, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) adherence, and overseeing deviations and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Utilize technical systems such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Holding a Bachelor's or diploma degree in Pharmacy.
• Valid registration and classification by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician.
• Certification such as Certified in Supply Chain Professional (CISCP) or Certified in Supply Chain Management (CISCM) is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
