Information Technology Director

About the Role

Meena Health is searching for a seasoned Information Technology Director to spearhead the company's technological vision and initiatives. This senior position is responsible for ensuring that IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, service quality, and digital transformation efforts align closely with overall business goals. The director will play a key role in fostering innovation, operational effectiveness, and delivering an outstanding user experience.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required, with a preference for candidates holding a master's degree.
• At least ten years of progressively responsible experience in IT, including senior leadership roles.
• Robust knowledge and background in IT operations, cybersecurity, governance, infrastructure management, and project execution.
• Possession of professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent credentials is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the organization’s IT strategy, governance frameworks, and technology roadmap implementation.
• Oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure, including network support and cloud service management.
• Administer cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and data protection standards are upheld.
• Maintain business continuity plans, disaster recovery readiness, and operational resilience.
• Promote IT service excellence, ensuring high user satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.
• Manage technology projects, financial budgets, vendor relations, and initiatives for cost optimization.
• Coordinate successful deployment of technology solutions and prepare IT operations for new business site expansions.
