About the Role
KGDR Consultants Inc. is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex projects situated in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling multidisciplinary undertakings that combine engineering, marketing, and strategic components, with a preference for experience in museum, cultural, or heritage sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and final closure.
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource management approaches.
- Coordinate activities across engineering, design, marketing, and strategic dimensions of projects.
- Ensure project outputs meet organizational goals and client expectations.
- Manage relationships with clients, governmental bodies, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Track project advancement, identifying risks, delays, and budgetary issues promptly.
- Take corrective measures to adhere to project deadlines and budget constraints.
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Generate comprehensive progress reports, executive presentations, and updates for management.
- Maintain compliance with relevant standards, contractual terms, and quality benchmarks.
- Assist with procurement processes, contract management, and vendor coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience in project management roles.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) credential.
- Experienced managing projects that integrate engineering, marketing, and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with museum, cultural, heritage, or closely related public development projects is highly advantageous.
- Solid grasp of project scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation techniques.
- Proven ability to coordinate diverse teams and collaborate with external stakeholders effectively.
- Competency in project management software and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication capabilities.
