Program Manager

Position Overview

KGDR Consultants Inc. invites applications for an experienced Program Manager position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role demands leadership in handling complex, multi-faceted programs involving multiple related projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are delivered within timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise several interconnected projects under a unified program structure.
• Create and apply strategies, execution plans, and governance mechanisms for program management.
• Set clear program goals, key performance indicators, milestones, and outline reporting processes.
• Coordinate among various teams such as engineering, design, procurement, construction, and operations.
• Maintain productive relationships with governmental bodies, consultants, contractors, and essential stakeholders.
• Oversee program timelines, budget allocations, resource utilization, risk factors, and overall program efficacy.
• Detect potential delays, conflicts, or operational issues and implement corrective solutions promptly.
• Ensure adherence to contractual commitments, relevant governmental regulations, and internal policies.
• Compile and deliver high-level reports to executives, including status updates and strategic advice.
• Lead cross-functional teams ensuring transparent communication and accountability throughout the program lifecycle.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least a decade of experience managing programs and projects, particularly complex and multi-track initiatives.
• Certification in PMP or PgMP credentials.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with Saudi government agencies and participating in government-led projects.
• Strong expertise in program governance, strategic planning, resource coordination, and risk control.
• Excellent skills in leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages, including fluency in writing and speaking.
