Operations Manager

About the Role

A prominent hospitality and food & beverage enterprise based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is actively seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to oversee multiple units or large-scale venues. The goal is to enhance operational performance, ensure consistency, boost profitability, and elevate guest satisfaction across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the operational effectiveness of designated restaurants, outlets, or business divisions.
• Create and enforce operational standards, protocols, and controls to maintain high-quality service.
• Track and analyze financial and operational metrics such as revenue, profitability, labor and food costs, productivity, and other KPIs.
• Lead and mentor restaurant managers while fostering the growth of skilled, high-achieving teams.
• Guarantee uniform service excellence, food quality, brand adherence, and exceptional guest experiences.
• Detect operational weaknesses and apply actionable strategies for improvement.
• Assist in launching new outlets, expansion initiatives, and preparing operations for readiness where necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments including finance, human resources, procurement, marketing, culinary, and senior management for cohesive operations.

Candidate Profile

• At least a decade of relevant experience in hospitality or F&B sectors, specifically in senior operational roles.
• Experience working within Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, or similar established hospitality markets.
• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Background with premium restaurant chains, luxury hotels, international brands, or high-volume food and beverage operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple units or large-scale operations successfully.
• Strong expertise in profit and loss management, budgeting, cost control, workforce productivity, and performance evaluation.
• Excellent leadership capabilities, stakeholder engagement, and sound decision-making skills.
• Clear evidence of career advancement, professional consistency, and a track record of quantifiable achievements.

Additional Information

This position is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with full-time onsite engagement expected.
