Project Manager – Mixed-Use Development

Role Overview

The candidate will oversee the execution of a significant Public Investment Fund (PIF) mixed-use development in Riyadh, managing it from the initial planning stages to final delivery. Their role involves coordinating with various consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure the project aligns with predefined scopes, budgets, schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete delivery process of a large-scale mixed-use development in Riyadh.
• Establish, track, and control project timelines, budgets, and critical milestones.
• Serve as liaison between consultants, contractors, governmental authorities, and internal teams.
• Continuously monitor project progress while managing risks, financials, quality assurance, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare and share progress updates and detailed reports with senior leadership.
• Address challenges in project delivery promptly to ensure on-time project completion.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• A minimum of 13 years of hands-on experience in managing project deliveries, specifically in mixed-use developments.
• Preferred experience working on Public Investment Fund (PIF) projects or other large-scale developments.
• Familiarity with project management consulting or real estate development sectors is advantageous.
• Demonstrated abilities in project planning, stakeholder engagement, and effective problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented with excellent organizational capabilities.
