Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Customer Sales Development Representative, your main responsibility will be to generate opportunities from the existing customer base. This includes identifying, qualifying, and nurturing sales-ready leads using multiple channels like phone, email, video calls, LinkedIn, and various software tools such as Salesforce, Groove, and 6sense. You will engage customers with strong communication and commercial insight specific to the HR and Payroll sectors, gather account information, map stakeholders, maintain CRM accuracy, and apply a consultative sales approach to create viable sales opportunities.
You will collaborate closely with the Existing Business Team including Account Directors and coordinate with Marketing to align campaigns with outreach efforts. Your teamwork will enhance account targeting and pipeline development, improving customer relationships and team results.
Impact and Performance
Your contributions will be critical to driving the sales pipeline, customer base expansion, and revenue growth across various industries. Maintaining up-to-date CRM data, executing effective outreach sequences, and meeting activity and opportunity goals will build demand predictability and quality.
