Role and Responsibilities

As the Software Director for MHR's Finance product, you will lead the development and launch of a cutting-edge, greenfield SaaS Finance platform. Your responsibilities include shaping the engineering strategy to ensure security, scalability, resilience, and long-term growth. You will collaborate with the CTO, Product team, and senior stakeholders, balancing technical quality with commercial goals to deliver an innovative and market-leading product.

You will build and cultivate an effective engineering organization that promotes accountability, teamwork, and continuous progress, managing both internal and outsourced teams. Coordinating with multiple departments such as Engineering, Product, Security, and Compliance, you will establish governance, processes, and technical standards that accelerate delivery and enhance quality.

Impact

Your leadership will be instrumental in bringing the Finance platform to market, fueling new business growth and shaping the product roadmap.
