MHR is a people-focused organisation with over 900 employees dedicated to enabling customers to achieve sustainable high performance. For more than 40 years, we have supported businesses in adapting to the evolving world of work by providing innovative solutions through our People and Finance platform, which integrates finance, HR, payroll, and learning systems to optimise operations and enhance decision-making in real time.
Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating opportunities within existing accounts. Your responsibilities will include identifying, qualifying, and nurturing sales-ready leads through multi-channel communication methods such as phone, email, video calls, LinkedIn, and platforms like Salesforce, Groove, and 6sense. Leveraging your strong communication skills, commercial insight, and knowledge of the HR and payroll market, you'll gather vital account intelligence, map key stakeholders, maintain CRM accuracy, and create sales-qualified opportunities using a consultative, value-driven approach.
Team Collaboration
You will work closely with the Existing Business Team, including Account Directors, to target high-potential accounts and support pipeline growth initiatives. Collaborating with Marketing, you'll align outreach efforts with campaigns to maximize engagement and ensure effective follow-up on leads. Your cross-functional teamwork and insight-sharing will reinforce customer relationships and boost overall team success.
Impact and Objectives
Your contributions will directly affect pipeline development, customer expansion, and revenue growth across various industries. By executing structured outreach sequences, maintaining precise CRM data, and consistently achieving activity and opportunity goals, you will enhance visibility, predictability, and superior demand generation. Your proactive relationship-building and insight collection will uncover new opportunities within existing customers, supporting long-term value and advancing the company’s commercial aims.
